Thelonious Monk estate sues North Coast Brewing over Brother Thelonious merchandise

Jazz drummer T.S. Monk, the son of jazz great Thelonious Monk, filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Fort Bragg, Calif.-based North Coast Brewing Company over its popular abbey ale, Brother Thelonious.
