Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller Reach Tentative Agreement on Merger
Anheuser-Busch InBev, brewer of Budweiser and Stella Artois, among other brands, said on Tuesday that it had reached an agreement in principle to acquire its brewing rival SABMiller for about $104 billion.
