Brewery description
The Ale Apothecary in Bend, Oregon, is a tiny, wildly original brewery devoted to oak-aged, wild and mixed-culture ales. Tucked among the pines on Bend's west side, it feels more like a mountain workshop than a taproom, with complex beers built from local ingredients, open fermentation, and patient blending. Expect rustic saisons, tart sippers, and rare bottles that reward slow, curious tasting.
