Brewery description
Gilded Otter Brewing Company was a beloved New Paltz brewpub at the foot of the Shawangunks, known for small-batch ales, lagers, hearty pub fare, and a lively Main Street setting. A longtime Hudson Valley gathering spot for students, locals, climbers, and travelers, it paired approachable craft beer with mountain-town hospitality and helped shape the area's early brewery culture for many seasons.
