Brewery description
In Hordain, between Cambrai and Valenciennes, Brasserie La Choulette keeps northern France's bière de garde tradition alive. Founded in the late 19th century and still family run, it brews characterful ales such as La Choulette and Sans Culottes, balancing malt richness, earthy hops and cellar warmth. Its brick brewhouse offers a welcoming taste of Nord-Pas-de-Calais brewing heritage, and folklore.
