I like Avery beers but didn't care much for this one. Barrel Aged Porter is a different style that may have confused my taste buds. Too light in the body and mouthfeel, with a consistency of cola. The 18.8% is pretty hidden, but this beer is too sweet and too light bodied. Subtle pumpkin and spice flavors. Tastes more like straight dark rum.
